How do I place an order?
Step 1: Place the chosen item in your shopping cart.
Step 2: Click on your shopping cart at the top right and then on ‘proceed to checkout’. Enter your personal information and check it carefully.
Step 3: Choose the desired delivery option.
Step 4: Choose the desired payment method. Step 5: Finally, check that you accept the terms and conditions and click the ‘place order’ button to finalize your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Is there an error in your address details or did you choose the wrong item or size? Send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to change your order in time, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee anything, because we process all orders placed as quickly as possible.
An item I would like to order is no longer in stock. What to do?
We no longer have your desired product or size in stock? You can always place a back order. Normally it takes about 14 working days. In some cases sooner, for more information send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you what the expected delivery time will be.
Is the article accompanied by the following text: “Available via backorder”? Then the item is currently not in stock. We maintain a delivery time of 14 working days. Do you need an item urgently? Please contact us at email@example.com.
