How do I return my order?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. For hygienic reasons, you can only return unused/ unworn items in their original packaging.
Register your return via firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, invoice or order number, the product and the reason for your return. You can then (at your own expense) return the package to the following address:

Don’t forget to include your invoice (or copy of it) with your return. This way we can process your return the fastest. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days. Note: Keep your track & trace receipt of your return well, so that you can also see for yourself whether your return has arrived with us.
